SHIPPING

Domestic orders for in stock products are processed within 48 hours. Shipping via UPS Ground will take an additional 3-5 days. Larger, bulkier or breakable items often ship directly from our reputable manufacturers via UPS, freight or other home delivery service.
International and Express shipping is available. All international orders will be shipped via the most cost effective method. We will email you the final shipping costs prior to shipping.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax applied to orders delivered to addresses outside CA. However, you are expected to comply with your own state’s tax laws concerning internet purchases. Purchases shipped to CA residents will automatically have 8.25% sales tax added. International recipients are responsible for paying any duty fees, depending on country.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy, so if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may return your item (s) within 14 days of receipt for full refund. Returns are accepted for merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt. Returns and Exchanges must be in good condition and in original packaging. All Clearance sales are final-no returns, refunds or credits.

Please include your contact information, a brief note explaining the reason for the Return/Exchange, and include a copy of your receipt for proper credit. An email notification will be sent after we have processed your return and issued a credit to your account.
